Physical disability can be, one of the most psychologically challenging difficulties, that one has to endure and overcome. Along with being physically disabled, the emotional turmoil is overwhelming to the point of tears, many many tears. Feelings range from being unlovable, being a burden, leading an unfulfilled life, being useless, fear of being abandoned, fear of losing intimacy to fear of loss of income. The fear of being stared at and even worse, the fear of not being looked at or acknowledged at all, due to the uncomfortability of others being around you. I myself personally, always make a point of looking a disabled in the eye and gently greeting them. Most are startled, because it just doesn't happen often. It's for all these reasons, that our disability product itself, offers psychological cover as well as a 24 hour psychological counseling line, to support those who find themselves in need. That line also includes free legal counseling. Being disabled requires lifestyle changes. It requires care. Therapy. Physiotherapy. And sometimes the need for a live-in-helper or nurse. Whatever your issue, all of these can come back to or helped by some kind of financial injection. Little do we realize that our entire lives are built on the foundation of our personality, good looks and earning an income. When that goes, our current situation falters and we find a new level. Our social and intimate relationships are in part built on our earning ability and our ability to function in life. So it's vitally important, that we protect this, because everything else currently in our life, seems to flow from it. Disability cover, is more important than life insurance, unless you have a family and lots of debt. So make sure you're adequately covered, because a small payout, is meaningless to the circumstances of your life. Make it count. Because you're worth it!
